Development

Arlington repositioned an 18,000 sq ft teardown into a 4 storey, +/- 24,400 sq ft structure, adding two floors to the existing structure. The re-development included a completely new building envelope, new building systems, new elevator stack, new roof with skylight, and a new front façade with window glazing to create a modern look. Inside, each tenanted office space boasts beautiful quartz counter tops, marble tiles, DIRTT wall systems, and elegant modern finishes.
