ASI is proud to announce our upcoming launch of our industrial development located in lake country, British Columbia. This project will cater to the significantly under serviced, small bay, industrial industry. There will be 100,000 SF of gross leasable space. It will provide approx. 20 separate spaces from 2000-5000SF in size, with 140 parking stalls, mezzanines, and easily accessible pickup and delivery. Completion Summer 2024.
