With +/- 34,000 sq ft of leasable area, a comprehensive capital improvement program was launched to rejuvenate the building. New mechanical, HVAC, electrical systems, life safety systems, repairs to exterior fenestration, roof upgrading, elevation upgrading, window glazing and finally improvements to the common space, lobbies and washrooms were implemented.
