Our mission for The Sentinel project is to enhance the surrounding communities by developing and providing some much needed missing local services. Our goal is to be a catalyst for positive change for all stakeholders in the area.
We are currently working with city planners and community associations to advance a plan for development. In the last five years alone, 17th Avenue has broken records for both revenue and price per square foot achieved through sale and appraisal. Our vision for the project includes a mixed use development with retail on the main and second floors with residential above. The main floor retail will consist of an urban grocer and other boutique retail shops.
