The Sentinel is located at the west end of 17th Ave, kitty corner to our Scotia Block Building, at 17th Avenue and 14th Street. The location is second to none and directly adjacent to the affluent communities of Scarboro, Mount Royal and the highly desirable inner city community of the Beltline.

Our mission for The Sentinel project is to enhance the surrounding communities by developing and providing some much needed missing local services. Our goal is to be a catalyst for positive change for all stakeholders in the area.

Development

We are currently working with city planners and community associations to advance a plan for development. In the last five years alone, 17th Avenue has broken records for both revenue and price per square foot achieved through sale and appraisal. Our vision for the project includes a mixed use development with retail on the main and second floors with residential above. The main floor retail will consist of an urban grocer and other boutique retail shops.
